If you plan to attend, you must reserve a spot in a class. Registration opens 5 days before the class. You can sign up for a class right up until the start time of that class. You may only reserve ONE Crossfit class in one day. (Note: this does not apply to Strength classes.)
Reserve a spot in the CROSSFIT class if you plan to participate in the regular group Crossfit class.
Reserve a spot in the STRENGTH class if you are doing strength training/lifting on your own, and NOT participating in the regular Crossfit class. If you plan to lift for more than an hour, please sign up for 2 consecutive strength classes.
If you are doing Strength AND Crossfit, please reserve a spot in both classes, at the appropriate times (i.e. Strength at 4 pm and Crossfit at 5 pm).
If the class you want to attend is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Odds are, people are going to cancel, and there will be a spot available for you. If you are accepted to the class, you are NOT sent a notification email. You must check the schedule to verify whether you are accepted to the class.
If you attend a class that you did not sign up for, and the class is full, the coach reserves the right to disallow you from participating in the class, run you in a second heat, or modify your WOD to accommodate equipment and space availability. Actions are dependent on the coach’s judgment, and the nature of the day’s WOD.
If you reserve a spot in a class, but are unable to attend, please CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION so that the next member on the waitlist can attend. You have until 2 hours before the class to cancel your reservation. Missed classes and frequent last-minute cancels are frowned upon.
IT IS UNFAIR TO OTHER MEMBERS TO RESERVE A SPOT AND NOT ATTEND.
There is a 30-burpee penalty for a missed class. This applies to both Crossfit and Strength classes.
1. Please contact justin@auxiliarycrossfit.com to reserve your spot in the 3-day on-ramp program or to arrange a private on-ramp class.
2. Create an account by following these steps:
- Click the PINK box on the schedule labelled CREATE PROFILE BUTTON.
- A window will appear on your screen. Click REGISTER FOR CLASS.
- Input your name, date of birth, email, and phone number. Click CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP.
- Confirm your personal info, and click SIGN-UP NOW.
Note: your account will say you have a 1-day unlimited membership. This is for administrative purposes only, and will be changed from our end.
Within 30-minutes, you will be sent an email with a password.
3. On your first visit, bring a VOID CHEQUE or DIRECT DEPOSIT SLIP.
