We offer a 3-day introduction to Crossfit on-ramp program. The on-ramp program introduces you to weightlifting and 8 fundamental movements of Crossfit. All new members must complete the on-ramp program prior to joining. If you have 3+ months of Crossfit experience, we may waive the on-ramp program for you.
The on-ramp program typically runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 7 pm (1 hour long). Different times may be considered based on demand. If the three-day on-ramp program does not fit your schedule, we also offer a private, one-day, 2 hour long on-ramp class, which can be scheduled at your convenience.

Unlimited classes: $175/month
3 classes per week: $150/month
2 classes per week: $115/month
Crossfit membership: with a 1-year contract
Unlimited classes: $165/month
3 classes per week: $140/month
2 classes per week: $105/month
Additional services:
Drop-in class: $20 (tax included, cash only) – single drop-in classes for out-of-towners only
10-Class pack: $155
On-ramp program (3 1-hour sessions): $50
Private on-ramp program (1 2-hour session): $100
Personal training session (1 hour): $65/session
Private group training (1 hour): $65 for first person + $15 per additional person
**All prices subject to HST (excluding drop-in classes).
Discounts:
Current students: 15% off monthly membership (valid up to 2 months after graduation)
Emergency response personnel/military: 15% off monthly membership
Family: each family member receives $10 off per month with an unlimited membership
**Discounts do not apply to drop-ins, 10-class packs, personal training, and private group training.
**All billing (except drop-in classes) occurs via direct withdrawal from a valid bank account. You are required to provide Auxiliary Crossfit a void cheque or direct-deposit slip.
